The Electoral Service and the Health Ministry have prepared the following Health Protocol to protect you while voting, which complies with all the health measures:
Please bring your own blue ballpoint pen for casting your vote and signing the poll book.
Sanitize your hands before and after voting with your own hand sanitizer or the hand sanitizer available at polling places.
The extended polling hours will be from 8 am to 8 pm.
Please respect the lines and maintain a physical distance of at least one meter from other voters, poll workers, and everyone inside and outside the voting station.
The exclusive polling hours for people over 60 years old will be from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Avoid crowding inside and outside the polling place. As soon as you have voted, please go home immediately.
Please come to the polling place alone, unless you need assistance.
If you are over 60 years old and have been selected by the Electoral Boards to serve as a poll worker on voting day, you may be excused.
You must wear your mask at all times. You will only have to remove it for three seconds when asked to do so by the polling place supervisor in order to verify your identity.
Your polling place may have changed. Please check it after October 3 at www.servel.cl.
